About Me

During my 20 year sporting career playing competitive basketball combined with amateur boxing I trained for power, speed and agility. This gave me an understanding that training for performance and aesthetics are two different disciplines. I take these factors into account when coaching my clients. Bringing a wealth of technical knowledge and physical awareness to my clients, there's no one size fits all in my approach and that's why all my sessions are bespoke to each client's needs.

I am here to assist you on your fitness journey. I've got the skills and dedication to transform your body fat ratio, help you build muscle and improve your fitness to enhance daily life.

I specialise in Reformer Pilates, with the knowledge to lead you through bespoke exercises on the reformer, chair, tower and mat.

I can incorporate CrossFit methods into gym workouts, especially when executing Olympic lifts.

Expect a good stretch at the end of each session and a few mental notes to assist your training until our next session.
