Team sports and competitions always played an important role throughout my childhood, never for the winning, but much more for the desire to learn something new, getting over obstacles, bringing the best out of each other and having fun at the same time. A good challenge and high cardiovascular fitness level is always superb, however I have never felt strong until I got into weight lifting and strength training. I have learnt discipline, willpower, fell in love with getting stronger both inside and outside and that set me off my journey.
My approach with my clients therefore is based around weight and strength training together with short conditioning blocks. We keep our sessions challenging, set our goals high and stop using the word BUT! The purpose of our training is to tighten up the slack, toughen the body and polish the spirit.
