About Me

From a background in professional classical music performance you might say that my route into the health and fitness industry is somewhat unconventional! However, it was this that led me to have such a passion for learning about human movement. Whatever you want to get out of your training, I believe that good technique will help you get there effectively and safely. Sessions with me will include help with correcting postural imbalances, strengthening the body from the inside out to ensure effective, injury free movement in all directions. I’ll help you to achieve your goals by designing you a bespoke and progressive program, assessing and reviewing progress regularly.
