My journey into the world of fitness, started at the age of 14. I fell in love with working out and spent the majority of my time training and competing. Eventually, after suffering an injury I was forced to withdraw from competition. After my initial disappointment I found fresh impetus and adapted my focus. I studied ferociously health, fitness, nutrition and energy healing. From this a passion developed to help others get well, stay well and reach their goals, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. As the years progressed I developed the advanced skills and knowledge required to teach each client according to their unique needs, and direct various group exercise classes. As a result I can now furnish each of my clients with an incomparable edge in their health and development.. My experiences have taught me the importance of keeping active to maintain overall health, well being, and quality of life, and how to truly embrace the many aspects of living a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
Now, with over 15 years experience in the industry, I understand that physical, mental and spiritual well being all play an important role within the ‘complete life’ and that true happiness and success are dependent on integration and harmony. My soul’s purpose is to assist and motivate others to achieve their goals and to be happy, healthy and look amazing.
My philosophy focuses on continual lifelong learning, as I work towards enhancing and maintaining the well-being of my clients by empowering them with the knowledge, skills, support, guidance and resources to assist and inspire them on their journey to a healthier life. Our quality of life transforms through active participation in regular fitness activities, maintaining healthy body weight, toning, strength, flexibility, improving balance and overall physical fitness. I aim to create enjoyable, challenging, safe and fun personalised workout programmes for every person, based on their individual needs. These include weight training, HIIT workouts and core strengthening exercises. In addition to traditional health and fitness training I am an accomplished yoga instructor and incorporate my techniques of creating a balanced and flowing mind set into all of my sessions. My work is also about having fun... and I love to help my clients relax and unwind from the hectic world out there and get back to their centre.
