About Me

With a background in professional dance I have always had a firm belief in health and fitness for optimal performance in all areas of your life. I believe if you feel confident, full of energy and happy you can truly be the best version of yourself.

I have trained clients of all ages and fitness levels and will always tailor your program specifically to your individual needs. I specialise in functional fitness, weight training and HIIT cardio. From personal experience I know the importance of weight training for well being, increased energy levels and of course fat loss.

Having trained and worked as a dancer for over 10 years I am always drawing upon my experience to help clients with core strength, flexibility and postural alignment. Using my dance experience I also understand what is necessary to help with achieving weight loss not only for events but also for lasting results beyond this. I believe weight loss should be for good, not just for an event.

The support I give to my clients doesn't just go as far as me setting you a program, I like to facilitate as much self development and nutritional advice to support you out of the gym too. My coaching style has a strong emphasis on mindset as I truly believe it is a key component to achieving your goals whether it be fat loss, muscle gain, performance based or having enough energy to support a hectic lifestyle.
