About Me

It was while spending a year working for the British Olympic Association in their Alpine Training Centre that I knew a career as a fitness and lifestyle specialist was my vocation. I spent an entire year training with the athletes on the slopes and in the gym. I picked up a huge information regarding the conditioning of athletes and the specific lifestyle challenges they faced.
From this point I became a qualified exercise specialist and lifestyle coach and have been working in a few different guises since. My roles have included 2 years as goalkeeping coach and strength and conditioning consultant at Brighton and Hove Albion FC; 5 years as a polo specific fitness conditioning specialist and being a free-lance fitness specialist and lifestyle coach throughout that entire time.
Although I have significant experience within the professional and amateur fitness industry, there is no doubt about the most significant stage of my continued personal and professional development. This was when I discovered The CHEK system of Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology and Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, which I now employ as my primary and fundamental resource for creating success for myself and my clients.
In the early stages of my exercise professional career I came up against many musculoskeletal injuries and dysfunction to which neither I, nor the client, could not come up with a reason for. I always found this a source of frustration and it motivated me to research everything I could in order to find the solutions to these issues. The CHEK system has enabled me to utilise a number techniques to get to the bottom of a multitude of musculoskeletal, visceral and emotional roadblocks.
