I am from up North originally and spent many years travelling the world as cabin crew but a few years ago decided I needed to do something, which I was passionate about so I had a massive career change and here I am today!
I have competed in a fitness model comp alongside fitness photo shoots which have given me not only good goals to work towards but also taught me a lot about how far I can push myself just how important your mind set is. I endeavour to be a positive role model for my clients and always have my clients well being at the heart of everything I do.
My beliefs and passions
I believe in realistic goal setting and feel this is important as it gives my clients real focus and enables them to feel the real sense of achievement once a goal has been reached.
I am passionate about that the benefits of strength training for everyone and think that training sessions should be fun rather than a torture!
I believe in making my clients feel good about themselves, and will always get them to focus on what they can do rather than what they can’t.
Developing new habits, finding real life long-term solutions to help them lead healthier and more balanced lives.
I do actually believe a strong foundation is key to a more structurally sound life and actually just to life in general, starting with your core and gluts and gravitating outwards.
