About Ben 

With over 10 years experience as a Personal Trainer in both the UK and overseas, I have developed a sustainable and direct approach to training and lifestyle change. My knowledge is strongly built through experience and understanding the consistency needed to keep moving forwards. A career in the British armed forces and swimming competitively during this time, showed me discipline from a young age, it's a long path, so do things right, stay injury free and most of all, enjoy the journey.

Like all health clubs across the UK, we are temporarily closed and are not currently charging anything for Memberships.  However we are still running Online Classes, and someone is monitoring the e-mails.  If you have any enquiries about anything please get in touch on the following e-mails:
