About Christina

If you are looking to tone up and sculpt, get fit or simply bring some zest back in to your workout & would like to explore a variety of training methods. I was raised in a ballet orientated household and I have trained for over 10 years, alongside trainers & coaches across the industry learning about various training methods and programming. I also worked alongside disabled children with restricted mobility within a riding school, giving me an understanding of rehabilitation within exercise. These influences have enabled me to put together a targeted, results driven approach that will benefit you whether you are a beginner, getting back in to fitness, or more experienced. I will actively encourage you to be the best you can be, both within and outside of your sessions. Advising you on diet, lifestyle and overall well being.
