Chris gained his degree from Loughborough University before he moved to New Zealand to start his Personal Training career. He started his career working in orthopaedic rehabilitation for the Accident Compensation Corporation before moving to Auckland’s biggest health club – Les Mills World of Fitness. Upon his return to the UK, he worked as Strength and Conditioning Coach with a semi-professional rugby club. For the past 15 years he has worked in health clubs in the City of London helping corporate executives get in shape. He has worked with hundreds of private clients and has also written articles for Personal Trainer for Women magazine. He has a passion for fitness and travel and likes to combine the two when he can.
Chris played for a professional football club, Exeter City, in his youth and is also a black belt in karate. These days he enjoys running and playing sports with his kids.
