My name Egle. With 10 years of experience as a trainer I am here to help you achieve lifelong results. For me training has always been more than just a physical activity, it was a path to practise a healthier mind-set. I started martial arts when I was 7 years old as a hobby. In 2012 I suffered an injury which turned my focus from purely performance based training into rehab, injury prevention, functional training, biomechanics - with my main focus being to optimise the body’s natural movement whilst developing strength and enhancing aesthetics.
