I am the perfect example of why it is never too late to start your fitness journey. Returning to the gym at the age of 33, thanks to my personal trainer's motivation and my perseverance, fitness became my passion and lifestyle.
Being a medicine graduate and a bodybuilding enthusiast, I can help people in building a strong, proportionate body, whilst prioritising health and wellbeing. Depending on your goals, I can create plans focused on strength and hypertrophy, as well as programmes that aim to increase flexibility or high-intensity training.
Being a social worker for more than 12 years, I strongly believe that is much more important to “teach people to fish” than to “give them the fish.” This is why in training with me you will know the reasons why we are doing certain exercises or actions and how they benefit you and your goals.
