About Michael

With over 17 years experience teaching fitness around the world, I have enjoyed considerable success as International Fitness Director on board the most famous ocean liners, teaching to thousands of people via seminars, lectures, group classes and personal training all over the globe. My clients have ranged from fitness newcomers, seasoned gym goers, professional athletes, and various celebrities. No single program works for everyone, we all have different genetic capabilities, goals and limitations. I specialise in weight Loss, Pre and post pregnancy, menopause, Pilates, pain management, movement correction, sports performance and Boxercise.

Like all health clubs across the UK, we are temporarily closed and are not currently charging anything for Memberships.  However we are still running Online Classes, and someone is monitoring the e-mails.  If you have any enquiries about anything please get in touch on the following e-mails:
