Spending many years in training to become a professional Ballerina, with some of the most prestigious ballet companies in the world has taught me the dedication and passion that is required to lead a healthy life. Bringing together the various disciplines I have learnt over the years that promote flexibility, balance, posture, technique and all round strength, I can help you build a fitness regime that will bring all these qualities to your life.
