During each class our experienced instructors will guide you through every move and help you improve core strength and coordination. We offer single sessions for ultimate flexibility or monthly passes for those wanting to establish a routine and commit to weekly classes. Everyone is welcome in our Reformer studio, you do not need a membership to attend Pilates Reformer classes or book one-to-one, Pilates personal training sessions in our studio.
Your single class and monthly pass will give you access to our studio and all of our Pilates Reformer classes, access to all other facilities is restricted to BodyWorksWest Members only.
Our signature Pilates Reformer class is all about technique. During this class you’ll perform small movements, slowly in a controlled way, using the machine resistance to target your muscles. This class is suitable for all levels.
In this fast-paced class the instructor will give you cues to move quickly from one exercise to the next for a prescribed number of sets or time limit. You will improve strength, form, and muscle tone during this challenging class.
Using the Reformer can feel slightly daunting for first timers. In our small, friendly, beginner class the instructor will introduce you the technique, equipment and exercises, and you will quickly gain confidence.
A reformer class designed to build deep core strength and sculpt your glutes using heavier springs for maximum results.
This energetic class involves bouncing off a jump board, a great piece of equipment that encourages weight loss and body sculpting. It’s a low impact cardio workout, which will help you boost lymphatic flow and improve muscles tone.
Pick up the pace and challenge yourself in this intense class. A demanding workout where you can expect to perform increased reps and dynamic movements assisted by the reformer equipment. You’ll enhance your strength and flexibility.
A class designed for mums-to-be to safely exercise at every stage of pregnancy, and for new mums to get back into exercise post-birth. You’ll improve posture and mobility, reduce back pain and strengthen your body.
