Pilates Personal Training
If you are completely new to Reformer Pilates you may want to familiarise yourself with the reformer equipment and learn the Pilates fundamentals during a one-to-one session before joining a class. Pilates Personal Training is recommended to those recovering from injuries, or mothers-to-be and new mothers wanting to safely exercise during pregnancy and post-birth.
Our Notting Hill team are on hand to ensure you are able to understand and perform the key exercises and reap the benefits of low impact Reformer Pilates; targeting key body muscle groups straight off the bat even as a beginner without feeling like your totally out of your comfort zone. With a good understanding of balance, movement and form, you will be off to a flying start!
Alternatively, you may be well versed in Pilates and simply want to advance in your skillset and challenge yourself to transform and reach the next level in focus, discipline, technique, range and improve core strength.
