Each personal trainer working at the gym comes from a seasoned background in sports and all things exercise, ensuring that our members see more results, and feel good faster. No matter if  your goal is to work on toning up and building muscle or simply work on your health in general, our personal trainers will create a tailor made program designed to support your goals and help you achieve them in a healthy and fun manner

Challenge yourself and join one of our most intense fitness classes HIIT + RUN lead by our instructors in our 30-minute cardio classes, you’ll spend half of the time running on a treadmill and the other half following a high-intensity interval circuit on the rig. You’ll burn plenty of calories and seriously improve your endurance and core body strength. This is not the only class however, with over 40 classes a week we have a wide range of other fitness classes included in each membership such as yoga classes, barre, reformer pilates and boxing, all carried out in our fitness studios and open to all levels from beginners to advanced to suit all.


Located in the heart of West London, we are a short walk from Notting Hill Gate, Holland Park and Ladbroke underground station, and close to local districts including Shepherd’s Bush, Kensington and Paddington, all within short walking distance. As we are one of the only gyms in the area which also has a swimming pool, we are recognised throughout Notting Hill and across London as the go to gym in the area.
