OUR CLASSES

Challenge yourself and join one of our most intense classes HIIT + RUN. In this 30-minute class, you’ll spend half of the time running on a treadmill and the other half following a high-intensity interval circuit on the rig. You’ll burn plenty of calories and seriously improve your endurance.
