Alex has been working in the fitness industry for over 14 years. She started her fitness journey by dancing at a national dance school. Alex followed her passion for health and fitness becoming a Personal Trainer, Spin teacher and Pilates instructor. Her classes are designed to challenge you, they are quite intense but very fun!

Carmela specialises in Mat work, Reformer, Tower and Wunda chair, joint injuries and back conditions including scoliosis and misalignment. Carmela’s ethos is one of ‘intelligent exercise’. Her approach to Pilates focuses on core strength, deep toning and body conditioning. She emphasises correct alignment when exercising to reinforce good patterns of movement, and works towards a supple silhouette, poise, inner strength and equilibrium. Carmela’s Pilates can be suited to young and mature students alike, and programmes are tailor made for those seeking remedial exercise. Carmela is also a professional dancer and choreographer and has been teaching for 30 years

Faran is a professionally trained Reformer and Mat Pilates Instructor, offering training sessions at BodyWorksWest. Faran has developed her own sense of bespoke Pilates, tailored to both the individual and group needs to deliver only the finest Pilates classes to make you feel and look your best. Coming from a background in modern dance – having studied at Broadway Dance Centre in New York City – Faran has been inspired to stay fit by the best movers and shakers in the business. Faran is certified to teach pre and postnatal clients and specialises in injury management. Trained through both STOTT and BASI Pilates, and having over 9 years experience Faran’s approach to Pilates is functional and technique-based. She incorporates both stretch, strength and control aspects of Pilates to create an all-round inclusive repertoire which both traditional Pilates enthusiasts will enjoy as well as the more modern devotees can appreciate too.

Pepper’s philosophy stems from an unwavering belief that being in harmony with yourself, modifying your lifestyle combined with sensible treatments and movement is at the center of building a resilient and healthy body. Her core values are passion, expertise and care.

Her fascination with Pilates is rooted in the holistic approach this system offers. Respecting the principle that the body is a unit, composed of body, mind, and spirit and has to be worked as such.

Her approach is quality of movement which leads to a better understanding of how the body functions and that new found knowledge can be applied in everyday life.

Arielle is a professionally certified Pilates instructor coming from the New York City area. She emphasises body positivity in her class and her sessions focus on pushing your body to find its limit. Her teaching style embraces a high energy boot camp feel to help you get the most out of your session.

Paula is a certified Pilates instructor with more than 8 years of experience.  She is a professional dancer and dance teacher and has recently been working as a dancer and assistant choreographer at the Royal Opera House. She strongly believes that Pilates improves wellness and quality of life. She is an enthusiastic and passionate teacher, highly motivated to achieve the best outcome for her clients.
