All of our instructors are fully qualified and have years of experience in teaching Pilates. They will educate you, support you and make each workout challenging and rewarding. Pilates Personal Training is a customised workout experience suited to all ages, fitness levels and stages of pregnancy. It is especially recommended to those recovering from injuries.
Four machines contribute to the complete body exercise programme: the Tower, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and the Reformer. If you are completely new to Pilates Reformer you may want to familiarise yourself with the reformer equipment during a one-to-one session before joining a class. Pilates Personal Training is also great for those wanting to push their limits, progress in their practice and perform more advanced exercises in a safe environment.
