Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my profile. With over 10 years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach in London and Sydney, I have developed highly efficient methods to provide my clients with long lasting, sustainable results. If you are looking for quick fixes or overnight results, then I may not be the Coach for you. What I can promise is giving you practical and effective use of your training time and a commitment to helping you achieve your Body Composition and Strength goals.

Like all health clubs across the UK, we are temporarily closed and are not currently charging anything for Memberships.  However we are still running Online Classes, and someone is monitoring the e-mails.  If you have any enquiries about anything please get in touch on the following e-mails:
